Qualifications
The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:
- U.S. citizenship is required due to client eligibility requirements, including the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, with up to three days onsite, and reside within commuting distance of the assigned client location.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent project-based experience in computer science, software engineering, or related fields.
- Familiarity with at least one programming language, with Java strongly preferred.
- Basic understanding of full stack development concepts, including front-end and back-end technologies.
- Exposure to modern web technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication skills to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.

As a Full Stack Engineer at Fedstack, your responsibilities will include:
- Participating in a comprehensive 10 to 12-week instructor-led training program to develop core full stack development skills.
- Contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of secure, scalable software applications for government systems.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Implementing modern web technologies and frameworks to build intuitive and efficient user interfaces.
- Developing robust back-end services using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
