Qualifications

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

  • U.S. citizenship is required due to client eligibility requirements, including the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, with up to three days onsite, and reside within commuting distance of the assigned client location.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent project-based experience in computer science, software engineering, or related fields.
  • Familiarity with at least one programming language, with Java strongly preferred.
  • Basic understanding of full stack development concepts, including front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Exposure to modern web technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and effective communication skills to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
