🚀 Hiring: Art Director (Game Development)

📍 Vietnam | Open for expatriates (Relocation supported)

We are partnering with a fast-growing and well-established game outsourcing studio to hire an experienced Art Director who can drive creative vision and elevate the visual quality across global game projects.

This is a strategic leadership role, working closely with international clients and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality visual content across a diverse game portfolio.

🎯 What you’ll do

- Define and lead the artistic vision across multiple projects

- Ensure high-quality, consistent visual output (characters, environments, UI, animation, VFX)

- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary art team (2D/3D, UI, animation)

- Collaborate with Producers to balance creativity & production delivery

- Work directly with clients to align on creative direction

- Drive strong collaboration across Design, Tech, and Product teams

🔎 What we’re looking for

- 7–10+ years in game art production

- 3+ years in leadership roles (Lead Artist / Art Director)

- Strong background in game studios or outsourcing environments

- Solid understanding of art pipelines, visual storytelling & team leadership

- Confident working with international stakeholders (English required)
