Senior Project Manager I 18 months Fixed term I Relocation Opportunity | Warrnambool, VIC
This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a major, enterprise‑wide digital transformation while enjoying the lifestyle benefits of living and working in Warrnambool, one of Victoria’s most liveable regional centres.

About the role
As Senior Project Manager – CRM & Billing, you will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of a CRM and Billing transformation program over an 18‑month period. This is a complex, high‑risk and high‑impact transformation involving CRM, billing and integration platforms.

You’ll operate at a senior level, working closely with executives, business leaders, vendors and cross‑functional teams to ensure delivery within scope, budget and timeframes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end‑to‑end planning and delivery of the CRM, billing and integration program
- Establish and maintain strong governance, delivery controls and executive reporting
- Manage systems integrators and technology partners, including commercial oversight
- Oversee solution design, configuration, integrations, data migration, testing and deployment
- Proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies and scope across the program
- Drive organisational change, adoption and transition to business‑as‑usual
- Partner with business and change leaders to ensure operational readiness and capability uplift

About You
You’re a confident, hands‑on Senior Project Manager who thrives in complex transformation environments and enjoys being close to delivery.
You will bring:
- Proven experience delivering enterprise CRM and/or billing system implementations end‑to‑end
- Strong vendor, contract and commercial management capability
- Experience operating within structured governance frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including executive‑level communication
- Strong planning, risk management and delivery discipline
- Salesforce CRM and Azure integration systems experience is highly desirable
