Are you a HubSpot power user who thrives on turning messy data into revenue-driving insights? We are seeking a data-driven Marketing Operations Specialist to spearhead CRM governance, lead scoring, and advanced attribution reporting. You will act as the technical backbone of the marketing team, leveraging a sophisticated tech stack including Salesforce and ZoomInfo to fuel high-impact ABM and demand generation campaigns.

The Role

  • Lead CRM data quality and governance initiatives across HubSpot and Salesforce to ensure a single source of truth for all marketing activity.
  • Design and execute complex segmentation frameworks to power personalized ABM, nurture programs, and multi-channel demand gen campaigns.
  • Drive data enrichment strategies using tools like ZoomInfo, Clearbit, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to enhance lead intelligence and targeting.
  • Build comprehensive dashboards and reporting models to track pipeline velocity, revenue attribution, and overall campaign ROI.
  • Optimize technical lead management processes, including lead routing, scoring models, and lifecycle stage mapping across the MarTech stack.

What You'll Need

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Marketing Operations with an advanced, "power-user" mastery of HubSpot.
  • Proven track record in CRM hygiene and managing the integration between HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Deep experience with data enrichment and intent platforms such as 6sense, Clearbit, Apollo, or ZoomInfo.
  • Strong technical understanding of B2B Demand Generation, Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies, and ICP development.
  • Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and a passion for revenue-centric marketing analytics.
