About Pandora Vietnam
Pandora’s new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.

Main purpose of the role
• Customer centricity: Act as a trusted partner to all functions providing HR performance & rewards services enabling PPV to deliver the best of Pandora to its customers
• Financial results: Strive to deliver low cost-to-serve, while not compromising on the quality of HR performance & rewards services to the organization
• Collaborative: Openly engage stakeholders for critical activities. Take accountability and ensure effective collaboration with all shared services functions
Key accountabilities
A. Performance & Rewards:
• Support Manager, HR Operation in managing and developing end-to-end process to ensure reward development is having an impact on each individual performance.
• Ensure the right organization structure and performance accessor in performance management system before performance evaluation starts.
• Identify employees who are entitled for performance appraisal and ensure accuracy of fact-based performance data (productivity, OT and attendance) and entry date to HRMS system.
• Consolidate final PPM score and performance rating of all divisions and be able to advise distribution guideline based on z-score.
• Support Manager, HR Operations in preparing of performance management related documents.

• Communicate to all employees regarding the performance measurement criteria, evaluation processes including timeline of evaluation cycle.
• Ensure that all final performance data of all employees are stored safely at the right place.
• Assist Manager, HR Operations to develop and implement P&R policies and procedures.
• Support new P&R program to ensure all policies, procedure compliance.
• Keep update of the changes of related law and ensure enforcement in the organization.
• Participate remuneration survey and develop market data analysis to create the right salary structure, to be competitive with industrial peers and to be able to retain hi-performers and critical positions with the organization.
• Assist Manager, HR Operations to prepare people cost forecast (salary, bonus, OT, provident fund, other benefits and actuarial valuation) based on FTE planning.
• Assist Manager, HR Operations to complete annual increase activities.
• Assist Manager, HR Operations to propose, recommendation and guideline of promotion increase and special adjustment request.

• Communicate and promote health and well being programs and initiatives through various communication channels.
• Engage with employees to gather feedback and improve wellness offerings.
• Track and analyze data related to employee health and wellness programs.
• Prepare and present the summary reports on program effectiveness, participation rates, and overall impact on employee well-being.

• Make recommendations for program improvements based on data analysis.
• Perform day-to-day operations on global insurance claims and self-insured.

• Coordinate with insurance vendor for arrange the training and activity to employees.

C. Mobility:
• Support the team regarding work permit and visa applications for all types of international assignments, as well as local employment (relocation) for employees and their family members (if required), including handling supporting documentation and compliance checks.
• Process invoices and reimbursements related to mobility expenses.
• Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations in collaboration with globally selected vendors for immigration and relocation services.
• Maintain and track all records, reports and database in accordance with immigration regulations, ensuring timely submissions and compliance.
Job requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administrative or related majors
• 3-5 years of experience in Performance & Rewards
• Experience in human resources management is preferable
• Understand organization structure, job leveling and performance evaluation criteria
• Attention to details
• Good coordination and communication
• Familiar with HRMS system i.e.BIPO
• Capable to work with big data.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and good command of written and spoken English.
• Good organizational and time-management skills with positive attitude
