We're searching for a Head of Engineering to join a "secure start-up" within a global powerhouse in industrial and M&A consulting. Our client has been building an "AI Startup" led by ex Google veterans, and they need a technical heavyweight to own the engine.

The Mission

You are the Architect-in-Chief. Your job is to build a production-grade AI platform that first revolutionises how their global consultancy operates, and then becomes the product they sell to Fortune 500 clients.

What you’ll own:

• Architectural Vision: Lead the design of RAG systems, LLM-based agents, and complex multi-step workflows.
• The Technical Backbone: Build a modular, reusable AI platform on Azure and Kubernetes.
