Key Responsibilities

- Administer all benefit offerings, ensuring employees have a clear, accurate understanding of available programs.
- Execute a comprehensive onboarding experience, creating a consistent, polished introduction for every new hire.
- Lead the end‑to‑end annual open enrollment cycle, coordinating timelines, communications, and vendor interactions.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for benefits‑related questions, diagnosing issues and driving resolutions with third‑party partners.
- Oversee payroll operations across U.S. and international regions, maintaining strict compliance with regulatory and tax obligations.
- Maintain and optimize the HRIS platform, ensuring data integrity and timely updates for all employee records.
- Manage immigration requirements, including visa processing, compliance monitoring, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Address employee relations concerns with professionalism, sound judgment, and a solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Produce, analyze, and present HR and payroll metrics to inform strategic decisions and identify operational improvements.
- Function as the senior HR representative when global HR leadership is unavailable, ensuring continuity of guidance and support.
- Actively reinforce the firm’s cultural standards by modeling collaborative behaviors, reliability, and excellence in day‑to‑day interactions.

Required Qualifications
- At least three years of progressive experience in HR, accounting, or a related operational discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic foundation.
- Demonstrated ability to safeguard confidential information and exercise mature decision‑making.
- Exceptional precision, organizational discipline, and written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skill set and fluency across the full Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong analytical aptitude with the ability to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
- Proven success managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Background in benefits design, payroll processes, immigration administration, or employee relations is advantageous.
