Job Title: Head of AI Enterprise EngineeringJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Head of AI Enterprise Engineering to bridge the gap between AI engineering solutions and enterprise business customers. This role involves close collaboration with security, IT, and commercial product stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption of AI solutions. You will play a crucial role in translating commercial requirements into actionable engineering programs and workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with security, IT, and commercial product stakeholders to facilitate the adoption of AI Engineering solutions by business customers.
• Translate commercial requirements such as security posture, deployment and configuration models, integration patterns, observability, manageability, identity, and audit into concrete engineering programs and workstreams.
• Coordinate engineering readiness for commercial milestones, including previews, pilots, and general availability launches, ensuring the right technical checks and documentation are in place.
• Act as a voice of the commercial customer within AI Engineering, ensuring early-stage product decisions anticipate commercial adoption.
  
  

Essential Skills

• 15+ years in software or AI engineering with a focus on enterprise customers.
• Experience leading complex, multi-team engineering programs from inception to scale.
• Comfortable with deeply technical conversations, particularly in AI, platform, or distributed systems.
• Experience working across highly technical domains such as infrastructure, AI systems, client engineering, and SRE.
• Experience with commercial/B2B or enterprise requirements in security, IT integration, deployment, and manageability.

Work Environment

This role involves significant travel, with 25% - 50% of time spent on both domestic and global travel. You will work in a collaborative environment with cutting-edge technology, focusing on integrating AI solutions within enterprise settings.

This is a Permanent position based out of Chicago, IL.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $300000.00 - $300000.00/yr.
