Job Title: Senior Flutter Developer
Location: Fully Remote – United States
Salary: $150,000 – $190,000 Base (DOE)

We are looking for a Senior Flutter Developer to join a growing engineering team building modern, high-performance mobile applications. This role requires deep expertise in Flutter and Dart and a strong understanding of mobile architecture, performance optimization, and scalable application development.
The ideal candidate has experience building and maintaining production-grade mobile apps, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys owning features from concept through deployment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
- Build high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile architectures
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver new features and improvements
- Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and reliability
- Integrate mobile applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
- Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews and engineering best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and production incidents
- Contribute to architectural decisions and help improve the overall mobile development process

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- 3+ years of strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
- Proven experience building production mobile applications using Flutter
- Experience integrating with REST APIs and backend services
- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, state management, and performance optimization
- Experience with Git and modern CI/CD workflows
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
