Drive the full embedded software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment and maintenance. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to design, implement, and test software solutions for aerospace and defense applications. Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous learning. • Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, promoting best practices and continuous learning.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages for systems programming.
• Minimum of 5 years of software development experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with real-time Linux and RTOS.
• At least 2 years of experience in hardware-software integration with ARM platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Ability to obtain secret clearance.

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
