📌 About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Architect specialized in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) to lead a strategic transformation initiative focused on evolving and optimizing global HR systems.

This role is part of a Group-wide transformation program, aiming to drive convergence, simplification, and cost efficiency across People processes and HR technology solutions.

You will be responsible for defining the target architecture of the HRIS landscape, working across multiple countries and collaborating with business, IT, security, and architecture teams to ensure a scalable, compliant, and future-ready ecosystem.

💻 What you’ll do

🔹 Analyze the current HRIS architecture, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

🔹 Define the target HRIS architecture (functional and technical), aligned with business and IT strategy.

🔹 Design architecture blueprints and integration patterns for seamless interoperability with existing enterprise HR components.

🔹 Establish secure and scalable integration approaches using APIs and enterprise data integration patterns.

🔹 Collaborate with solution owners to define standardized architectural patterns and best practices.

🔹 Work closely with business, IT, security, and compliance teams to ensure alignment with internal standards and regulatory requirements.

🔹 Contribute to the definition of the HRIS transformation roadmap, considering local constraints and strategic priorities.

🔹 Assess and estimate organizational, business, technical, and financial impacts of the transformation.

🔹 Support decision-making processes by providing architecture insights and recommendations.

🔹 Share HRIS and architecture knowledge with internal teams to support long-term adoption and evolution.

💡 Must Have

🔹 Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or Solution Architect in large-scale HRIS environments.

🔹 Strong experience working with HRIS solutions and market standards (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar).

🔹 Experience designing multi-country HR systems architectures in complex enterprise environments.

🔹 Solid understanding of cloud architecture, networking, APIs, and data integration patterns.

🔹 Ability to define target architectures, blueprints, and transformation roadmaps.

🔹 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex transformation contexts.

🔹 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

🔹 Fluent English (C1 level).

✨ Nice to Have

🔹 Familiarity with AI/ML integrations in enterprise systems.

🔹 Experience in regulated environments (insurance, finance, etc.).

🔹 Exposure to global HR transformation programs.

🔹 Experience working with enterprise architecture frameworks or governance models.

📍 This role is based in Barcelona. Candidates must be willing to relocate.
