Product Manager

As a Digital Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving the development and enhancement of our digital products. You will lead the coordination of product requirements to product managers and product owners collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and ensure successful execution of our digital roadmap. - Product Strategy: Define and communicate the strategic vision for our digital product portfolio aligning it with business goals and customer needs.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers and product owners providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to foster their growth and excellence.

- Roadmap Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with design engineering, marketing support, and client management teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of product initiatives.
- Requirement Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
- Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process from concept ideation and design to development, testing, launch, and iteration.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and track key performance indicators KPIs to measure the success of our digital products iterating based on data-driven insights.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in digital product management
- Proven track record of successfully leading product teams and delivering digital products or services that meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members to achieve their full potential.

The salary range for this position is $35/hr to $40/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
