Job Description
We’re Hiring: Full Stack Software Engineer at a High-Growth Advanced Manufacturing Startup
📍 Location: London, UK (100% On-site, 5 days/week) 💰 Compensation: £100K - £200K Base + Meaningful, Above-Average Equity (4-year vest, 12-month cliff) 🤝 Backed by: $9M in Total Funding 🌍 Visa Sponsorship: Available for this role
About Us Our mission is to reindustrialize the West. We build and operate distributed, software-defined factories for component production (initially focused on CNC machining) that enable scale-ups and primes in the aerospace and defense sectors to iterate faster and scale production. Launched in early 2025, we already operate 4 factories across the UK and US, and we are ramping toward 25 factories by the end of 2026.
Our team combines expertise from Palantir, Raytheon, McKinsey, military special forces, and top-tier tech startups. We are currently an elite team of ~17 people, operating with a flat structure and zero middle management, focused entirely on high-agency individual contributors.
The Opportunity We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Software Engineer with a generalist mindset, exceptional coding skills, and a passion for real-world impact.
This is not another B2B SaaS tool. Your code will not just live in dashboards—it will power actual machine tools cutting precision metal parts for rockets and planes in our factories. You will see your software running on the factory floor every day, working alongside leadership to turn operational pain into impactful software products.
