Senior Marketing Specialist - Lead Generation

We’re in a high-growth phase and looking for a foundational brand builder to help us scale from the ground up.

What You'll Own

This is a lead generation role focused on paid ads, not general digital marketing.

Paid Ads & Lead Generation (70% of role):

For GasUp.AI:

• Launch and manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) targeting UK B2B
• audiences
• Run Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns for UK service businesses (We will give you
• the niche)
• Test audiences, creatives, copy, and landing pages(optional) to optimize CPL
• Generate 40-60+ qualified leads per month consistently
• Target: Cost Per Lead under £20

For Our Clients:

• Run ad campaigns for client businesses
• Manage multiple ad accounts with different budgets and goals
• Report weekly on performance and optimization

Landing Pages & Conversion (20% of role, with the team):

• Build and A/B test landing pages that convert
• Optimize forms, thank-you pages, and booking flows
• Track full funnel: ad click → lead → demo → closed deal

Content Support (10% of role):

• Write ad copy, headlines, and CTAs
• Create ad creatives using Canva or brief designers
• Repurpose content into paid ads

Content & Brand:

• Create and execute content strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook,
• YouTube, etc.
• Produce high-volume content using AI tools
• Build our thought leadership in the UK SaaS/automation space
• Develop case studies, testimonials, and customer success stories

Compensation:

We pay for results, not just effort. Your income scales with performance.

Probation (Month 1-2):

Base: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000/month (£125 - £200/month) based on experience

• Mid-level (3-4 years): ₹15,000/month
• Senior (5+ years): ₹20,000 - ₹25,000/month

Plus: All performance bonuses and commissions apply from Day 1

After Probation (Month 3+):

Base Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹85,000/month (£200 - £700/month) based on experience and

performance

• Mid-level (3-5 years): ₹25,000 - ₹40,000+/month
• Senior (5-7 years): ₹40,000 - ₹85,000/month

Base salary increases every 6 months based on performance metrics (lead volume,

conversion rates, ROI).

Lead Generation Bonus:

₹5,000 - ₹18,000/month (£40 - £150/month) based on qualified leads delivered

Qualified Leads/Month --- Bonus

10-19 leads --- ₹5,000 (£40)

20-29 leads --- ₹8,000 (£65)

30-39 leads --- ₹12,000 (£100)

40-49 leads --- ₹15,000 (£120)

50+ leads --- ₹18,000 (£150)

Qualified lead = genuine business inquiry who agrees for the Demo call, not spam or bots

Direct Closing Commission (If You Close Leads Yourself):

₹3,000 - ₹6,000 (£25 - £50) per client you personally close

If you take demo calls, handle sales conversations, and close the deal yourself.

PLUS: ₹600/month (£5/month) recurring for the lifetime of that client's subscription

Example: Close 5 clients yourself = ₹15,000 - ₹30,000 immediate + ₹3,000/month recurring

Lead Assist Commission (Leads Closed by Sales Team):

₹600 - ₹1,200 (£5 - £10) per client closed from your generated leads

When you generate the lead and our sales team closes it.

PLUS: ₹300/month (£2.50/month) recurring for the lifetime of that client's subscription

Example: Generate 20 leads, sales closes 8 = ₹4,800 - ₹9,600 immediate + ₹2,400/month

• Month 1-2 (Probation): ₹30,000 - ₹60,000/month
• Month 3-6: ₹50,000 - ₹95,000/month
• Month 6-12: ₹75,000 - ₹135,000/month
• Month 12+: ₹90,000 - ₹160,000+/month (with recurring commissions compounding)

Who You Are

Must Have:

• 3-5 years in digital marketing (B2B SaaS or agency experience preferred)
• Proven track record generating leads through content or paid ads
• Comfortable using AI tools to 10x output (we don't want manual grunt work)
• Data-driven: you make decisions based on metrics, not feelings
• Self-managed: we measure results, not hours
• Strong English (you're targeting UK audience)
• Portfolio showing real campaigns and results

Nice to Have:

• Experience marketing to UK/European markets from India
• Background in CRM, automation, or marketing tools
• Video editing and production skills
• Understanding of B2B buyer psychology
• Experience with startup/early-stage environments
