WE'RE HIRING DIGITAL MARKETING & SALES MANAGER (CLINIC & WELLNESS BUSINESS)

Salary: RM6,000 – RM8,000
Location: Subang Jaya (40 minutes from LRT)

THE REAL GOAL OF THIS ROLE
This role exists for one reason:
1. Deliver at least 15 new patients showing up at the clinic every day
2. Build a sales and marketing team that performs, not just looks busy
3. Together with the Head of Doctor and Clinic Managers, to grow each Clinic + Wellness branch to >RM700,000 average monthly revenue
This is not a branding role.
This is not a “run ads and report numbers” role.
You are here to own the entire growth engine, from lead generation to WhatsApp to calls to clinic show-ups to revenue.
If something does not work, you fix it.
If someone cannot perform, you train them or replace them.
If the system is broken, you rebuild it.

ROLE OVERVIEW
SuamiSihat Clinic is hiring a hands-on Marketing & Sales Manager to fully own revenue growth across all clinic and wellness branches.
You will work closely with:
- Head Doctor
- Clinic Managers
You will lead:-
- Sales Team (3 pax)
- Performance Creative
-Multimedia Designers (2 pax)
You're expected to run paid ads campaigns & its funnel yourself.
Your responsibility is simple but demanding:
- Bring in qualified leads
- Convert them into actual clinic visits
- Turn visits into paid treatments and repeat clients
You will not manage from slides.
You will manage from numbers, systems, and real outcomes.

WHAT YOU ARE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
1. Revenue and Patient Growth
- Drive each branch toward >RM700K average monthly sales
- Ensure a minimum of 15 new patients showing up daily
- Improve show-up rate, closing rate, and repeat visits

- Reduce wasted leads and drop-offs across the funnel
2. Full Ownership of Marketing and Sales Systems
- Plan and run campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, influencers, content, and community
- Ensure every campaign has a clear flow, example:
Ad → WhatsApp → Call → Clinic Visit
Ad → Form → WhatsApp → Call → Clinic Visit
Ad → Website → Online Booking → WhatsApp → Call → Clinic Visit
- Fix broken funnels, weak scripts, and poor handovers
- Rebuild systems from scratch when needed
3. Sales Team Leadership and Restructuring
- Lead the sales team directly
- Train them on scripts, objections, follow-ups, and closing
- Design and improve:
i) Commission structure
ii) SOPs and scripts
iii) Follow-up flow
iv) Automation and CRM usage
- Make tough decisions when needed:
i) Hire stronger people
ii) Replace underperformers
iii) Restructure the team for performance
4. Daily and Weekly Performance Control
- Track leads, show-ups, conversions, and revenue daily
- Identify where patients drop off and fix it fast
- Improve messaging, offers, landing pages, and follow-ups
- Present clear reports that explain:
i) What worked
ii) What failed
iii) What action will be taken next
5. Patient Experience Alignment
- Ensure marketing promises match clinic reality
- Align sales scripts with doctors, front desk, and operations
- Improve patient trust and reduce no-shows
- Make the journey smooth from online to offline
6. Growth Opportunities and Partnerships
- Build influencer and referral systems that actually convert
- Develop partnerships with companies, communities, and KOLs
- Strengthen brand trust both online and offline
7. Dashboards and Forecasting
- Build simple, real-time dashboards for:

i) Leads

- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management
- Use data to guide decisions, not opinions

WHAT SKILLS YOU MUST HAVE
You must be hands-on, not theoretical. You should be comfortable with:
- Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
- WhatsApp and phone-based sales closing
- CRM systems and follow-up flows
- Funnel tracking and performance reporting
- Managing and pushing teams to perform
- Making uncomfortable decisions when results are not there
Experience in healthcare or wellness is a strong advantage, but performance matters more than industry.

Must-have:-
- At least 8 years experience in marketing, sales leadership, or both
- Proven results in driving revenue, not just traffic
- Experience managing sales teams and conversion systems
