* Design and develop high-quality MTF Power BI dashboards and reports that provide
actionable insights.
* Implement best practice processes in Power BI workspaces.
* Leverage the style guide to present data in a consistent manner that aligns with the
agency's branding and analytics display.
* Partner with business users to translate requirements into analytical solutions and

* Communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to technical and non-technical

* Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and prioritization discussions as needed.
Requirements
* 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Data Engineer, BI Analyst, or related role.
* Advanced proficiency in Power BI (reports, DAX, modeling, performance tuning),
demonstrating at least 5+ years of hands-on experience building reports in Power BI.
