Global PeopleSoft Project Manager (Payroll Systems)

A leading global organization is seeking an experienced Global PeopleSoft Project Manager (Payroll Systems) to join its in-house payroll team supporting operations across the U.S., Canada, UK, APAC, and Latin America. This role focuses on payroll systems, integrations, and global payroll coordination—not day-to-day payroll processing. You’ll work closely with Payroll, HR, Engineering, and Finance teams to manage PeopleSoft payroll configurations, HRIS data feeds (Workday → PeopleSoft), system enhancements, reconciliations, and global payroll projects. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of payroll experience in large organizations, strong PeopleSoft payroll expertise (U.S. taxation and multi-state payroll), exposure to global payroll environments, and advanced Excel skills. This is a high-impact role within a fully in-house global payroll function, offering $145K–$170K base ($180K–$200K total comp) + potential sign-on bonus, with 4 days onsite in NYC and relocation support available.
