Senior UI Designer

Position Overview

A Senior UI Designer with exceptional aesthetic sense and international vision. Responsible for the overall visual system of overseas stablecoin payment apps and card business platforms. The core of payment products is trust. The mission is to transform complex digital asset transactions into a world-class financial product experience through refined visual details, smooth dynamic interactions, and interface logic aligned with overseas user habits.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end visual design: Define the visual identity of the app from 0 to 1 or from 1 to N, establish and maintain a complete UI specification, ensuring global product visual consistency.
• Dual-platform specification: Deeply understand iOS and Android design philosophies, and deliver platform-specific design solutions based on a unified brand identity.
• High-fidelity delivery: Use Figma for slicing and annotation, providing clear layout specifications for iOS and Android development, with a solid understanding of screen density adaptation.
• Brand trust building: For payment tools, leverage color, typography, spacing, and graphic language to create a professional, secure, and minimalist premium feel, enhancing user confidence in stablecoin payments.
• Growth & marketing design: Actively participate in growth campaigns (e.g., referral cashback, holiday raffles, card skins), using impactful visuals to boost conversion rates and sharing motivation.
• Interaction experience refinement: Collaborate with product managers on UX optimization, focusing on micro-interactions and motion design in payment flows to make financial operations engaging and seamless.
• International adaptation: Consider the impact of different language lengths (e.g., English, Spanish, Arabic) and RTL layouts, ensuring flawless visual presentation across countries and screen sizes.

Requirements

• Senior design background: 10+ years of UI/visual design experience in internet companies; FinTech, digital banking, wallet, or large-scale e-commerce experience preferred.
• Strong professional expertise: Solid foundation in composition, color theory, and typography.
• Proficiency in Figma (mandatory) and motion tools (AE, Lottie).
• Global design aesthetics: Familiar with mainstream overseas design trends, with a preference for clean, modern styles and avoidance of excessive decoration.
• Growth mindset: Understanding of design psychology, capable of guiding users through key actions such as registration, top-up, and sharing via visual focus.
• Portfolio requirement: Must provide a personal portfolio including complete app commercialization project cases and growth campaign visual designs.

Nice-to-Have

• Research or benchmarking experience with well-known financial products (e.g., Revolut, Wise).
• Skills in 3D visual expression or illustration creation.
• Experience in Web3 or cryptocurrency-related product design.
