Senior Go Developer

Andersen is hiring a Go Developer to scale a cargo delivery module within a global mobility platform, building high-load services and expanding logistics capabilities. 

The customer is a global technology company developing a large-scale digital platform that connects millions of users through a mobile application offering various on-demand services. The platform operates in multiple international markets and requires scalable, high-load systems, real-time data processing, and cloud-based infrastructure to support its growing ecosystem of digital products. 

The project is focused on relaunching and scaling a cargo delivery module within a mobility platform. The initiative aims to evolve the service beyond maintenance by introducing new features, improving reliability, and expanding freight transportation capabilities for business growth. 

Responsibilities: 

• - Supporting and improving existing functionality. 
•  Fixing bugs and responding quickly to incidents. 
•  Integrating with the company’s internal services. 
•  Making decisions on whether to implement functionality within the monolith or integrate with existing microservices. 
•  Preparing the system for scaling. 
•  Implementing new product features. 
•  Improving system performance. 
•  Optimizing architecture to increase efficiency.

•  Working with system load and monitoring. 
•  Refactoring code when necessary to improve structure and maintainability. 

Must-haves: 

•  Experience in Go (Golang) development for 4+ years. 
•  Experience in product backend development. 
•  Strong knowledge of MySQL. 
•  Experience working with relational databases. 
•  Understanding of microservices architecture. 
•  Experience working with Kafka (basic or intermediate level). 
•  Knowledge and experience with Redis. 
•  Experience integrating various systems. 
• Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
