Senior Data Analyst

Designs and implements advanced processes and analytics associated with a wide variety of data sets used for data/text mining, analysis, and prediction to enable informed business decisions.

Essential Responsibilities

• Gains insight into key business problems and deliverables by applying highly technical analysis techniques analysis techniques to examine structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate Sources.
• Provides insight from initial concept to fully tested production and communicates results to a broad range of audiences.
• Effectively uses current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management, via understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis.
• Typically uses data, statistical and quantitative analysis, basic modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision making.
• Mentors less senior staff.
• Works in cross functional projects and programs.
• Routinely presents to management.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
  
  

Additional Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Expertise in application architecture and development using Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, SSIS, and strong SQL query skills.
• Experience with data science and operations research tools and methodologies.
• Power BI expertise, including dashboard development, reporting, and data modeling.
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities and convert manual bottlenecks into automated, agentic workflows (e.g., Alteryx).
• Hands-on experience with AI technologies, such as ServiceNow NOW Assist and Gemini Enterprise, to build autonomous agents that resolve complex user requests.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials, including navigation, integration points, and functional processes.
• Strong project management capabilities and ability to support a portfolio of initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to support strategic initiatives and motivate teams.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, adaptable to various audiences.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics or finance.

Minimum Experience

Seven (7) years of experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem-solving, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development and/or predictive analytics.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Superior analytical skills with diverse analytics and statistical software and applications. Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. Proven leadership skills.

Pay: $7,488.36 USD/month - $9,922.07 USD/month

Additional Details: The desired location for this position would be Collierville, TN. This position may be eligible for relocation.
