We're working with a global leader in smart, healthy, and sustainable building infrastructure on this exciting opportunity. We are looking for a technical powerhouse to bridge the gap between engineering and the field, ensuring the next generation of industrial chiller technology is reliable, serviceable, and world-class.

As a key Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will exert influence over New Product Introduction (NPI) teams, driving reliability through continuous improvement processes and solving the most complex field issues. This is a high-impact remote role where your expertise in HVAC controls, PLC, and systems engineering directly shapes the future of building efficiency.

The Role

• Act as the technical authority for Chiller Product Support, providing critical risk identification for safety, reliability, and serviceability on NPI programs.
• Lead the creation and maintenance of high-level technical literature, service bulletins, and letters to support Field Sales and Service teams.
• Drive product reliability via specialized Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) for both legacy equipment and cutting-edge new platforms.
• Technical troubleshooting of complex field issues involving controls, industrial wiring, and system instrumentation to minimize lifecycle costs.

• Collaborate with Quality Management and Engineering to design and execute test plans that validate new equipment offerings and system performance.
  
  

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred) or equivalent high-level technical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product technical support and creating technical documentation for complex HVAC or industrial systems.
• Deep technical knowledge of HVAC controls, control panels, system wiring, and instrumentation tools.
• Proven ability to analyze and solve complex system-level problems using qualitative and quantitative data.
