Employment Type: Project-Based / 1099 Contract (Top performers may transition to full-time)

Position Overview
We are seeking Senior Recruiters (1099, project-based) to partner with us on searches within the AI infrastructure and data center ecosystem.
This role is ideal for recruiters who already have networks and experience in technical, industrial, or energy-related recruiting and can independently manage candidate pipelines.

Responsibilities
- Partner with Hymns to Her Global Talents on assigned searches in the AI infrastructure ecosystem
- Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through your network and sourcing channels
- Present qualified candidates and coordinate interview processes
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates and the recruiting team
- Help build strong pipelines for hard-to-fill technical and leadership roles

- Proven experience recruiting in data centers, power systems, electrical equipment, energy, or related technical sectors
- Strong candidate sourcing ability and industry networks
