Senior Product Manager - AI for Mental Health

2. About the Opportunity:

The Senior Product Manager – AI will lead the development and scaling of AI-powered features that enhance the patient experience in mental health care. The role focuses on integrating AI with human therapy to improve patient engagement and support throughout the care journey. This position collaborates with clinical, engineering, design, and data science teams to create safe and personalized AI solutions that uphold clinical standards. The role is key to advancing responsible AI applications that improve access and outcomes in mental health treatment.

3. Responsibilities:

• Launch and scale AI-powered patient-facing features

• Collaborate with clinicians, engineers, data scientists, and designers to prototype and test new products

• Build AI experiences that support and personalize mental health care

• Maintain high clinical standards in AI feature development

• Manage product development from concept to delivery in 0 to 1 environments

• Align stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional collaboration

• Make decisive tradeoffs in ambiguous and high-stakes situations

4. Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years with user-facing AI features

• Proven ability to scope MVPs and deliver quality products

• Strong communication skills to translate clinical and technical concepts into product plans

• Experience leading cross-functional teams including data science, ML engineering, clinical experts, design, and engineering

• Ability to make clear decisions under ambiguity and pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML prototyping or tools (e.g., prompting, RAG, evaluations)

• Ability to set and execute a holistic product vision iteratively

• Knowledge of AI quality metrics and their integration into product decisions

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
