We are seeking a Senior IA Chatbot Developer with principal experience in Cognigy, RAG, APIs, ChatGPT, Azure, AI, and NLP. Minimum 3 years of experience required.
Key Responsibilities:
• System Architecture: Design and implement the backend architecture for the chatbot to ensure scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
• Integration: Develop and manage integrations with third-party systems and APIs to enhance the chatbot’s functionalities.
• Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for chatbot functionalities using Cognigy, ChatGPT, and RAG.
• Azure Management: Utilize Azure services for hosting, deployment, and managing the chatbot infrastructure and RAG.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the chatbot’s performance, ensuring quick response times and handling of concurrent users.
• Security: Implement robust security measures to protect user data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, conversation designers, and other stakeholders to align on project requirements and deliverables.
• Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the chatbot operates smoothly across different scenarios.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system architecture, codebase, and integration processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience in Chatbot Development: Proven experience in developing and maintaining chatbots or conversational AI solutions.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Cognigy, ChatGPT, and RAG, with experience using Azure services.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Integration Expertise: Experience with integrating third-party systems and APIs.
• Architecture Design: Ability to design scalable and efficient system architectures.
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to debug issues and optimize performance.
• Security Knowledge: Understanding of security best practices and data protection.
• Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail in coding, testing, and documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification: Relevant certifications in cloud technologies, AI, or software development.
• Experience with AI and NLP: Background in artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and machine learning.
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology: Experience working in an Agile development environment

Location: FULL REMOTE
Schedule: Flexible. Friday intensive.
