Our client, a leading organization in the technology and data analytics industry, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst 5 to join their team. As a Business Intelligence Analyst 5, you will be part of the Data & Insights Department supporting strategic decision-making and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Business Intelligence Analyst 5
Location: 100% REMOTE (PST hours)
Pay Range: $60 - $65/hr on Experis W2 + Benefits (NO C2C)
What's the Job?
- Partner with business stakeholders to define, document, and standardize KPIs aligned to business objectives
- Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and recurring performance reports (e.g., weekly, monthly, executive)
- Analyze KPI trends, variances, and drivers; surface insights and recommendations
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and sources
- Automate reporting where possible to improve scalability and reliability
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8 to 10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or performance reporting
- Strong experience with Power BI and reporting tools
- Proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of SQL and data modeling preferred
- Ability to translate business questions into measurable KPIs
