People hate having to meet in person to buy insurance, especially for high-value policies. No one has fully solved this yet... except us. Our founder has spent over a decade building the foundation, so now we can focus on revenue, scaling, and execution.

To close that next round and explode our growth, we need you.


Key Requirements: 


  • B2/B2+ (Fluent) in English


We're excited to hear from candidates with strong domain expertise or transferable skills from these backgrounds — if any of these sounds like you, we want to talk! 


  • Insurance or Insurtech 
  • Traditional Finance, Banking, or Fintech (excluding iGaming or Forex) 
  • Software Development, Engineering, or broader Tech 
  • UX/UI Design or User Research 
  • Project / Program Management 
  • Marketing, Product Marketing, or Growth 
  • Operations / Process Optimization 
  • Data Analysis / Analytics 
  • Corporate, Tech, or Regulatory Law (especially compliance or regtech-focused) 
  • Consultancy (including Big 4 Advisory, Digital, Tech Consulting, or similar)


OR if you've played a key role in supporting one or more startups to reach Series A/B and beyond — driving traction, rapid iteration, or meaningful growth in a high-ambiguity environment — that's a massive plus. 


You'll be responsible for: 


  • Communicating with Bookkeeping / Finance / Customer Success / Compliance etc. to ensure 
  • The right coordination, order and structure in terms of 
  • Product development 
  • Tracking and 
  • Delivery


Once you've successfully implemented correct and scalable application processing, you'll have the chance to build subdivisions and eventually lead the entire division. If it makes sense for you to transition into a certain field because that’s what you’re best at, we’ll support you to do so.


Compensation Package: 


  • Competitive Cyprus startup salary (starting around market norms for Limassol tech roles, with room to grow significantly as we scale and you deliver impact) 
  • Equity (4-year vesting, 1-year cliff, 0.1–3%, based on experience and impact) — this is the real path to massive upside for builders who help us win


Location & Relocation:


We're based in beautiful Cyprus (Limassol area — sun, sea, and startup energy!). 


We're open to worldwide applicants — as long as you're excited to relocate. 


  • EU/EEA citizens: Super straightforward — free movement, just register locally after arrival (Yellow Slip process within 4 months for stays >3 months). Many have made the switch seamlessly. 
  • Non-EU citizens (e.g., USA, Canada, etc.): We're happy to sponsor work permits and visas for the right fit (employer-driven process, typically 4-6 weeks). We'll discuss details, support, and timelines during our conversation.


Our goal: Make every other insurance broker obsolete—until the FTC drags us to congressional hearings over our "monopoly."
