Datacenter Operations Engineers 🌐
📍Location: Buffalo, NY (Relocation Supported at $10,000 Post-Tax)
My client is an AI infrastructure leader powering some of the world’s most advanced AI labs and enterprises. They operate hyperscale datacenters designed to deliver GPU compute at unmatched speed, using cutting-edge NVIDIA hardware including H100s, B200s and beyond. This is a rare opportunity to join a team that owns the full lifecycle of server and network hardware, ensuring systems are scalable, reliable and ready for AI workloads.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, GPUs and network devices at hyperscale.
- Troubleshoot and replace server/network hardware as well as providing accurate documentation.
- Act as the first responder for onsite incidents and escalate to engineering experts as needed.
- Opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholder chains including customers, partner teams, vendors and internal points of contacts.
- Provide critical onsite support for multiple initiatives across internal and external teams.

Ideal Candidate
- Strong experience with server hardware troubleshooting (POST, BIOS, PXE, IPMI/BMC).
- Knowledgeable in networking protocols (TCP/IP, Ethernet) and network hardware (switches, routers, copper/fiber cabling).
- Comfortable with Linux administration.
- Direct experience with GPU servers, ideally NVIDIA.
- Experience with hyperscaler vendors or programs (AWS, Google, Meta, Oracle, ByteDance, CoreWeave, xAI, Nebius/NeoCloud, etc.)
