We are seeking a highly skilled Python Developer to join our dynamic team at Bright Vision Technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, experience with web frameworks such as Django and Flask, and familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. This position offers the flexibility of remote or onsite work in Bridgewater, New Jersey, and is a full-time opportunity that provides significant career growth potential. We are particularly interested in candidates on OPT, CPT, H4 EAD, TN, E3, or other non-immigrant visas who are seeking H1B sponsorship for the 2027 quota.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 to 5 years of real-time experience in Python development. Essential qualifications include proficiency with Python, Django, Flask, FastAPI, and RESTful API design. Hands-on experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, as well as NoSQL databases like MongoDB, is required. Familiarity with data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy, along with ETL pipelines, Celery, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines, is highly desirable. Candidates should also have experience working in agile environments and possess strong problem-solving skills. A proven ability to write unit tests using frameworks like PyTest is necessary. All applicants must demonstrate confidence and technical strength through a coding test during the interview process.

Responsibilities

The Python Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions using Python and related frameworks. Key responsibilities include creating RESTful APIs, integrating with various databases, and implementing efficient data pipelines. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop technical specifications, and deliver high-quality code within project timelines. You will also be involved in deploying applications using Docker and Kubernetes, managing cloud resources on AWS or Azure, and ensuring the security and performance of the applications. Additionally, the developer will participate in code reviews, contribute to continuous integration and deployment processes, and maintain comprehensive documentation. A commitment to writing clean, maintainable code and staying updated with emerging technologies is essential.
