Job Title: Senior Server and Network Specialist
Community: Yellowknife (Relocation Assistance will be provided)
Here are a few ways you will make a difference:
- Providing leadership in server and network Infrastructure Support, maintenance and implementation.
- Implementing and upholding compliance with security administration procedures to secure server and storage systems for all users within and outside the network.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex network issues in coordination with relevant teams.
- Assisting in preparing reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems.
What you bring to the role:
- A Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Three (3) years of relevant work experience.
- Including two (2) years of experience in PC, server, storage system and network support and operations.
- Technical skills in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including performance problems.
- Technical skills relating to Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, server software technologies, and their optimization.
- Project management skills for effective planning, delivery, and tracking of projects.
