Marketing Manager (Remote) | BW Walch


BW Walch is seeking a talented Marketing Manager to help shape the future of our marketing function โ€” and grow with us along the way.


This is a rare opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up. You'll work directly with our CEO and sales leadership to define messaging, drive campaigns, and create the structure that supports real, scalable growth in the Kโ€“12 market.

In this role, you'll:

  • Build and manage BW Walch's marketing roadmap, priorities, and core processes
  • Develop messaging and content that connects with Kโ€“12 educators and district leaders
  • Manage and optimize HubSpot across marketing and sales functions
  • Partner with leadership and sales to drive brand awareness and business development
  • Help lay the groundwork for a growing marketing team


What we're looking for:

  • Minimum of 4 years in marketing, content, communications, or a related field
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills
  • Familiarity with the Kโ€“12 education market
  • HubSpot experience
  • Bonus: StoryBrand experience or education publishing background


This is a fully remote position.


Compensation: $90,000โ€“$100,000 base + performance incentive + equity
