Role Overview
We are looking for a Desktop Engineer to provide onsite end‑user support and ensure smooth day‑to‑day IT operations. The role involves supporting desktops, laptops, operating systems, and workplace IT tools while maintaining high service quality and user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 desktop support for end users (onsite)
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
- Support Windows OS, standard enterprise applications, and Office tools
- Handle hardware and software issues, system errors, and performance problems
- Perform OS installations, upgrades, and patching
- User account support (password resets, access issues, basic AD tasks)
- Manage IT assets, inventory, and device lifecycle
- Coordinate with network, security, and server teams when required
- Document issues, solutions, and procedures
- Follow ITIL processes for incident, request, and change management
- Support VIP users and business-critical systems when required

- Strong knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11)
- Desktop & laptop hardware troubleshooting
