Senior Motion Designer

Motion Designer – Fully Remote – 78-82K

We’re looking for a creative and self-motivated Motion Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll work from concept to final export, developing storyboards, pitching ideas, and crafting engaging motion content for a diverse range of clients and projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop concepts and storyboards, and actively contribute creative ideas in a collaborative, ego-free environment
• Bring motion designs to life using After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Cinema4D (or other 3D tools)
• Create visually compelling videos (typically 60–90 seconds) that showcase strong storytelling and capture audience attention
• Apply advanced 3D skills—understanding of composition, lighting, textures, motion, and depth of field
• Manage multiple projects, balancing creative vision with schedules and budgets

• Clearly communicate ideas and project updates with team members and clients
  

What You’ll Bring:

• At least 3 years of professional experience in motion design
• Expertise in After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Cinema4D (or equivalent 3D software)
• Strong sense of visual storytelling and design process
• Impressive portfolio featuring 60–90 second videos evidencing both technical and narrative skills
• Effective time management, problem-solving, and clear communication skills
• Initiative, curiosity, and a passion for both design and new technologies
