Job Description

We are looking for an experienced individual who is ready to navigate between implementation of compensation and benefits strategy, working with big sets of data and talking about total rewards matters with diverse audiences. This role will support the entire CD PROJEKT RED needs across two hubs: Warsaw and Boston.

Responsibilities include:

  • Participation in and/or coordination of some of the following processes (depending on the team needs): job evaluation, market benchmarking, salary brackets review, short and long term budgeting and forecasting of headcount, salaries and OPEX, annual salary review, share-based compensation management, benefits management.
  • Creation and upgrade of tools and datasets used in total rewards processes.
  • Providing regular and ad hoc analyses and insights that support decision making.
  • Participation in shaping the total rewards strategy for the entire CD PROJEKT Group.
  • Representing the team during the meetings and discussions with HR leadership, HR Partners and business managers.

Qualifications

  • Fluent command of English: ability to present and discuss HR topics and persuade partners.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint) and Google Workspace counterparts. VBA and/or JavaScript experience is nice to have.
  • Knowledge of at least one point-factor job evaluation methodology.
  • Proven track record of project management.
  • Ability to both synthesize and analyse data.
  • Independent, organized, results driven and team-oriented individual.
  • Ability to solve problems under pressure and to reorganize one’s work when priorities change.
  • Interest in the gaming industry is nice to have.

Additional Information

Working mode

In-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity in Warsaw, Poland. Relocation is required.

Estimated pay range for this position: 14 600 – 20 100 PLN gross monthly.
