Minute Suites offers private, bookable suites inside major U.S. airports, giving travelers a real place to work, rest, and recharge by the hour. As we grow, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own hands-on execution across our channels and help bring our brand to life every day. Reporting to the Fractional CMO, you will execute across social media, content, email, SMS, campaigns, and guest lifecycle communications. Strategy and brand direction are set upstream; your job is to run with it, stay consistent, find opportunities, and make the brand show up well across every touchpoint. This is a great role for someone who is creative, organized, proactive, and ready to take real ownership. You will work directly with the Fractional CMO, who provides strategy, campaign priorities, brand guidance,

and tooling support. Your job is to execute that strategy consistently and well across every channel, while staying alert to opportunities and bringing your own observations and ideas to the table.

You will have real ownership of day-to-day marketing and a direct line to the person setting direction. This is

a role where initiative is noticed and good work has visible impact.


Responsibilities:


Social Media

• Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms

• Build and manage a content calendar to maintain consistent cadence and brand voice

• Create graphics and visual assets using Canva or similar tools for each platform

• Write captions that are clear, on-brand, and matched to the platform and audience

• Monitor comments, messages, and mentions and respond in a timely, on-brand way

• Track what content performs and bring observations and ideas to the Fractional CMO


Content Creation

• Write and publish blog posts, guest-facing copy, and travel-adjacent content aligned with the Brand

Guide

• Create visuals and formatted assets to support content distribution across channels

• Develop seasonal and timely content that resonates with frequent travelers and airport audiences

• Proactively identify content opportunities and pitch ideas for review


Email and SMS Execution

• Execute email campaigns and lifecycle flows in Klaviyo as directed

• Build and deploy emails including copy, layout, and basic design within brand templates

• Support SMS marketing execution through TapOnIt, including message drafting and send coordination

• Assist with list segmentation, A/B test execution, and performance tracking

• Help maintain deliverability and database health within established processes


Guest Lifecycle and Retention

• Execute retention and re-engagement campaigns targeting past guests per the strategy

• Support new guest acquisition campaigns across email, SMS, and social channels

• Help develop messaging tailored to first-time vs. repeat guests based on segmentation guidance

• Track lifecycle campaign performance and surface insights to the Fractional CMO


Reviews and Guest Feedback

• Monitor and respond to guest reviews across Google, TripAdvisor, and other platforms

• Manage guest survey distribution and track response volume and key themes

• Surface recurring feedback trends to the Fractional CMO with context and observations


Marketing Operations

• Own and manage the marketing email inbox, triaging and routing requests appropriately

• Coordinate with external vendors and partners within approved scope

• Prepare monthly performance summaries covering social, email, SMS, and review activity

• Keep workflows and recurring processes documented and organized


Requirements:


• 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, content, or a closely related role

• Strong writing skills with the ability to match a brand voice and adapt across channels

• Graphic design proficiency in Canva or similar tools; able to produce clean, on-brand visuals

• Hands-on experience managing social media accounts professionally

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, ideally Klaviyo or a comparable tool

• Exposure to SMS marketing is a plus but not required

• Comfortable with basic reporting and performance tracking across channels

• Highly organized and reliable; you take ownership and follow through without needing reminders

• Self-starter who can receive direction and execute independently

• Curious and proactive; you notice opportunities and bring ideas forward
