Lead BI Analyst

LEAD BI ANALYST – DUBAI BASED – RELOCATION AVAILABLE!!!

We are working with one of the largest iGaming platforms in MENA, who are scaling their Data function in Dubai and hiring a Lead BI Analyst to drive product performance, experimentation, and core business insights across their gaming products.

This role sits at the intersection of Product, Growth, Marketing, and Payments, with direct impact on conversion, retention, and revenue; seeing you report directly into the Head of BI whilst leading and mentoring a team of six BI Analysts.

-What you’ll do:

• Own product and business analytics across funnels, activation, retention, and user behaviour.

• Lead and mentor a team of six BI Analysts, ensuring high-quality analytical outputs and delivery standards across the BI function.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical models using SQL, Python, and modern BI tools.
• Partner closely with Product and Growth teams to influence roadmap and optimisation decisions.
• Design, run, and evaluate A/B tests and experimentation frameworks.
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that improve deposit rates and customer LTV.
• Drive consistency in KPI frameworks, metric definitions, and analytical methodologies across the BI team.

-What they’re looking for:

• Strong SQL and hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).
• 7+ years of BI / Analytics experience.
• Previous experience leading analytics teams.
• Proven background in product analytics, growth analytics, CRM analytics, or BI within high-volume B2C products.
• Experience with funnel analysis, experimentation, and KPI frameworks.
• Python experience for analysis or modelling is highly preferred.
• iGaming or FinTech experience is strongly preferred.

• Salary: 40,000 AED - 45,000 AED per month (tax free) + a 10–30% performance related bonus.
• Full relocation support for candidates outside the UAE, flights, 1 months hotel, private medical insurance/VISA covered.
• Remote-first working model: you can go into their Dubai-based office as many times as you wish though!
