About The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AWS DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic and fully remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, reliable, and secure cloud infrastructure solutions primarily on AWS. Your expertise will support our SaaS products and internal systems, ensuring seamless deployment, automation, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cloud architecture, automation tools, and container orchestration, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. This position offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical projects from inception to deployment, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an AWS DevOps Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and automation.
• Expertise in AWS services such as EKS, EC2, S3, CloudFormation, and IAM.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Strong knowledge of container orchestration platforms, especially Kubernetes and EKS.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using tools such as Argo CD, Octopus, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with GitOps principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
• Automate deployment processes and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software releases and updates.
• Implement and manage container orchestration solutions, primarily using Kubernetes and EKS.
• Develop and enforce infrastructure as code practices using Terraform and CloudFormation.
• Monitor system health, performance, and security, proactively addressing issues and optimizing infrastructure.
