As UK & EU Country Marketing Manager, you’ll lead how MAAP shows up across the UK and Europe, connecting our global brand with local riders, communities and partners.


Working closely with MAAP’s global marketing team based in Melbourne, you’ll collaborate across retail, wholesale, digital, product and creative teams to deliver impactful campaigns, events and partnerships that connect with the cycling community.

The Role

The UK & EU Country Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies that grow MAAP’s brand presence and community across the UK and key European markets.

This includes localising global campaigns, delivering regional activations, supporting retail and wholesale partners, managing PR opportunities, and building a strong ambassador and community network.

This role reports to the SVP Marketing & Digital and works closely with MAAP’s global marketing team and cross-functional departments including Product, Creative, Sales, Retail, eCommerce and Operations.


Key Responsibilities

Regional Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute localised marketing strategies aligned with global brand objectives.


Campaign Management

  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, wholesale, partnerships and events.


Brand Growth

  • Drive brand awareness and engagement through creative initiatives tailored to local cycling communities.


Community & Ambassador Programs

  • Build relationships with athletes, ambassadors, partners and cycling communities across the UK and Europe.


Events & Activations

  • Lead the delivery of rides, events and partnerships that strengthen MAAP’s connection with the cycling community.


Retail & Wholesale Marketing

  • Support MAAP LaB stores and wholesale partners with marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.


Campaign Localisation

  • Adapt global campaigns and product launches for relevance within regional markets.


PR & Partnerships

  • Support regional PR initiatives and collaborate with PR partners to drive media coverage and brand storytelling.


Performance Tracking

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to optimise marketing outcomes.


Marketing Operations

  • Manage the regional marketing calendar and coordinate marketing activity across internal teams and partners.


About You

You’re a marketing professional who understands both brand and community and you’re passionate about cycling culture.


We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, brand management or campaign management
  • Strong understanding of the cycling industry and cycling consumer
  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns and brand activations
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • A creative mindset with strong brand and design sensibility
  • Analytical capability to interpret marketing data and campaign performance
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment


Experience within cycling, sport, performance apparel, or lifestyle brands is highly desirable.


Location

This is a remote role based in the United Kingdom, with travel required across the region to support:

  • Retail stores
  • Wholesale partners
  • Cycling events and activations
  • Community initiatives
