About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to oversee and manage enterprise IT infrastructure for a growing organization in Singapore. The role involves ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of IT systems, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, and data centers. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience managing infrastructure teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
• Ensure system availability, performance, and security across IT platforms.
• Develop and implement infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead infrastructure projects including upgrades, migrations, and system integrations.
• Monitor system performance and implement proactive improvements.

• Coordinate with security and development teams to maintain infrastructure standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–12 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of networking, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar).
• Experience managing enterprise infrastructure environments and IT operations.
• Familiarity with security protocols, system monitoring tools, and infrastructure automation.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Open to relocating to Singapore.
