Senior Staff Product Manager (f/m/d)
- Starting Date: as soon as possible
- Yearly Salary: €100,000 - €110,000 (fixed range, annual gross)
- Stock Options: €80,000 - €120,000

As a Senior Staff Product Manager, you translate customer & business needs into product requirements and own accountability for delivering successful products to market, including P&L responsibility. You play a pivotal role in defining the future of Healthcare accessibility, working with leading experts to think beyond what is possible today.
How can we remove access barriers to MRI and make MRI more accessible to everyone? You lead product definition and delivery of the next generation of MRI-powered solutions in healthcare that are fast, affordable, and efficient. You work closely with development leads in systems engineering, imaging, AI, and software, along with business development and technical program managers. You exhibit high customer empathy, business sense, crisp communication, an impact-driven mindset, and leadership via influence.

- Engage with customers and business stakeholders to uncover product opportunities and address key challenges.
- Lead strategic discussions & decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align on the product roadmap and ensure a shared vision.
- Define product & feature requirements.

- Regularly communicate why we are doing (the mission & vision) and what we need to do to achieve that (the product roadmap)
- Craft well-defined product requirements supported by clear, concise documentation.
- Effectively present ideas and proposals to stakeholders, gather constructive feedback, and distill it into actionable insights for development teams.
- Take accountability for overall team delivery, including P&L responsibilities.
- Align with stakeholders and achieve buy-in on tactical plans to execute on product requirements.
- Align the priorities of the development team and suppliers with the priorities of the company.
- Facilitate speedy, well-thought-through tactical decision-making by communicating needs clearly, digesting feedback, and synthesizing information.

- Experience building products that leverage medical imaging.
