Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the alignment of talent strategy with business strategy, and act as a change agent / strategic partner for business.
- Strategic planning on workforce development and succession planning.
- Coaching leadership on HR matters.
- Boost organization efficiency and effectiveness and level-up people capability by carrying out in-depth people data analysis.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in HR, Business, or the related domains.
- Minimum 8-10 years of working experiences in HR, and good at HR disciplines including performance management, organization development, compensation and benefits, talent management, and employee relations, etc.
- Excellent and influential people skills to build trust and earn credibility with line managers.
- A true team player who is not afraid to take initiative and can think out of the box to drive changes and innovations.
- Proven track record of project management from project initiation to completion.
- Proficient in both English and Japanese communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Having attributes such as perseverance, resilience, and open-minded.
- Multitasking and result driven with business judgement.
- Working experience in site HR manager for manufacturing site of global companies is preferred.

- Working Days & Hours - 8:30~17:30
