Senior Rust Engineer – High Frequency Trading

We are partnering with a high-performance crypto trading firm building ultra-low latency systems for digital asset markets. The firm operates sophisticated algorithmic trading strategies across global exchanges and is investing heavily in next-generation trading infrastructure.
They are looking for a Rust Engineer to help design and build the core systems that power their trading platform. This role sits close to the trading engine and focuses on developing highly optimised, production-grade systems capable of operating at extremely high throughput with minimal latency.

- Strong experience with Rust in production systems
- Background building high-performance or low-latency software
- Solid understanding of systems programming, concurrency and memory management
- Experience working with high throughput distributed systems
- Familiarity with networking protocols and performance optimisation
- Experience in trading, financial markets, HFT or crypto trading is highly beneficial
Nice to Have
- Experience with C++ or other systems languages
- Knowledge of market data feeds and exchange APIs
