Lead React Frontend Developer

To support their expansion plans, they seek a motivated Frontend Developer to join their dynamic product team. You Will

• Lead and mentor the frontend team, setting an example for fellow developers
• Take charge of enhancing the Frontend Architecture, including structure, frameworks, and technologies
• Establish and implement development standards and procedures
• Drive the development of new Single Page Applications (SPAs) and features with end-to-end accountability
• Actively contribute to UX and design decisions
• Develop integration and unit tests to ensure feature quality and reliability
• Collaborate with the CTO to enhance platform performance, security, and availability
• Stay abreast of emerging technology trends to introduce innovations that elevate the product and workflow.
  
  

Requirements

• Possess 6+ years of front-end development experience
• Demonstrated expertise in Frontend Architecture and leadership roles (team lead)
• Proficiency in ReactJS/ES6, Redux, HTML5, CSS3, LESS or Sass, and WebPack
• Strong eye for screen design and usability coupled with high-quality standards
• Familiarity with Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) best practices preferred
• Exhibit ownership, responsibility, and leadership by example
• Effective communication skills, collaborative mindset, and openness to feedback
• Flexible and committed with a strong work ethic
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of German is advantageous
• Possess a valid visa/work permit for the EU/Austria
