This role offers the opportunity to lead creative production and strategy for high-impact campaigns across multiple digital platforms. You will oversee the end-to-end creation of video and visual content, from ideation and scripting to live testing and iteration, ensuring each piece aligns with performance goals. The position blends creativity with analytics, requiring a strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and craft stories that resonate with diverse audiences. You will collaborate with content creators, editors, and strategy leads to deliver engaging campaigns that drive measurable results. Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute creative strategies for video and visual campaigns across platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads.
  • Analyze performance data and consumer insights to iterate and optimize creative content for maximum engagement and conversion.
  • Conduct product, competitor, and audience research to inform creative decisions.
  • Collaborate with production, post-production, and strategy teams to ensure creative outputs align with campaign objectives.
  • Write scripts, ad copy, and supporting content for video, static images, and email campaigns.
  • Provide and implement feedback to refine creative assets, ensuring consistency with strategic goals.
  • Support weekly account planning and identify high-performing trends and concepts within campaigns.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in creative strategy, paid social, or direct response marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey complex ideas.
  • Experience with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, and/or Snapchat Ads.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and collaborative tools.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
