About The Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to operate at the intersection of consulting, product development, and AI-enabled delivery. This role reports to the CEO. In this role, you will work with executive stakeholders, engineers, designers, and data teams to translate complex business challenges into clear product strategies, prioritized roadmaps, and working digital solutions.

You will lead product discovery, define capabilities and use cases, and drive delivery from concept through launch. Success in this role requires strong product thinking, consulting presence, and the ability to leverage modern AI tools to accelerate research, prototyping, and product development.

This position is ideally based in Indianapolis, IN, with a hybrid work arrangement and travel to client sites as needed (approximately 25–40%). The role follows U.S. East Coast business hours. Remote candidates within the United States will also be considered, with the potential for relocation to Indianapolis over time.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy

• Define product use cases and translate business needs into clear product features, roadmap and measurable outcomes
• Align stakeholders on priorities, value, and success metrics
  
  

Product Roadmap & Delivery

• Own the product lifecycle across discovery, MVP development, and scaled delivery
• Prioritize features and manage scope, tradeoffs, and dependencies across delivery teams

Stakeholder Leadership

• Lead product workshops, quarterly planning and executive updates with client stakeholders
• Communicate product vision, priorities, product roadmap, and risks across business and technical teams
  
  

Cross-Functional Delivery

• Bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to translate use cases into product capabilities
• Partner with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality digital products
  
  

AI-Enabled Product Development

• Use AI tools to accelerate research, product definition, and documentation
• Prototype concepts and integrate AI capabilities into client product solutions where appropriate
  
  

Practice Development

• Develop reusable frameworks, templates, and delivery methodologies
• Drive development of KAANNAN’s AI-native product delivery playbook
  
  

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in product management, technology consulting, or digital strategy preferred experience in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or other regulated industries preferred
• 3+ years product management experience (preferably in Enterprise SaaS solutions, Life Sciences, or customer-facing health products)
• 1+ year of recent experience delivering AI enabled products or solutions
• Background working at the intersection of business strategy, product definition, and technical delivery
• Consulting or advisory experience (Big 4, boutique consulting, or product studio) strongly valued
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and drive structured product outcomes
• Familiarity with modern product and AI development tools such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Copilot, Figma, Jira, and Confluence.
