Position Overview

OmniQuant Capital is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our global marketing strategy and brand development. This executive will be responsible for building a world-class marketing organization that drives brand recognition, user acquisition, and institutional partnerships within the digital asset ecosystem.

The ideal candidate possesses deep experience in fintech, crypto, or quantitative finance marketing, with a proven track record of scaling global brands and growth strategies in high-growth technology environments.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and execute OmniQuant Capital’s global marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Establish and manage the company's brand identity, positioning it as a leading quantitative digital asset investment firm.
  • Lead market expansion initiatives across North America, Asia, and global digital asset markets.

Growth & Acquisition

  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and institutional partnerships.
  • Oversee digital growth channels including performance marketing, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and social media.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with industry leaders, exchanges, Web3 ecosystems, and financial institutions.

Brand & Communications

  • Build OmniQuant Capital’s global brand presence across crypto, fintech, and institutional investment communities.
  • Manage media relations, thought leadership campaigns, and public relations strategy.
  • Represent the company at major blockchain and fintech conferences.

Product Marketing

  • Work closely with product, trading, and research teams to communicate the value of OmniQuant’s quantitative strategies and digital asset solutions.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new investment products, trading platforms, and digital asset funds.

Team & Operations

  • Build and lead a high-performing global marketing team.
  • Manage marketing budgets, analytics, and KPI performance.
  • Implement data-driven marketing strategies using advanced analytics and growth frameworks.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of senior marketing leadership experience in crypto, fintech, quantitative trading, or financial services.
  • Proven success scaling marketing operations in high-growth startups or global technology firms.
  • Deep understanding of digital asset markets, blockchain ecosystems, and institutional crypto adoption.
  • Strong expertise in brand strategy, performance marketing, growth marketing, and community development.
  • Experience managing distributed global teams and remote organizations.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
