THE ROLE
As a Graphic & Web Designer, you will craft visually compelling materials that engage and captivate our target audience across every touchpoint. You will collaborate closely with the Marketing, Go-To-Market, Sales, and Product teams to conceptualize and execute designs that effectively convey our brand’s message across digital and print channels.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, experiment with innovative design approaches, and play a key role in shaping how Cut+Dry shows up visually as we scale. Our ideal candidate is a fast-mover with a hunger not only to meet but exceed our growth targets.

Marketing Collateral & Print
- Design visually compelling marketing collateral including brochures, banners, print assets, email marketing templates, and advertisements
- Ensure all materials adhere to Cut+Dry brand guidelines including color schemes, typography, and style elements
- Design and maintain landing pages and website experiences that drive conversion and engagement
- Work with cross-functional teams to bring graphic and web design ideas from concept to launch, adhering to style standards on fonts, colors, and imagery
- Illustrate design ideas using mock-ups, wireframes, process flows, and sitemaps
- Create product imagery, illustrations, and infographics that communicate complex platform capabilities in clear, compelling visuals
- Provide light UI/UX design support for in-app experiences and product interfaces

- Participate in the video creation process, including storyboard development and creative direction
- Produce final videos from raw footage—editing, adding brand elements, motion graphics, and ensuring brand consistency
- Design engaging social media graphics and content optimized for each platform
- Create polished presentations and pitch decks for sales, marketing, and executive use
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 4+ years of marketing design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing range across digital and print
- Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Strong web design skills including experience with landing page design and basic HTML/CSS understanding
- Video editing experience (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent)
- Exceptional creativity with obsessive attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills—ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals
- Self-starter comfortable owning projects from concept through final delivery
- Strong time-management and organizational capabilities in a fast-paced environment
