The Role

As a Senior Frontend Engineer, you’ll own the evolution of the AI-driven platform that turns complex logistics data into high-performance, real-time dashboards and interfaces. You’ll not only ship features but also define the architectural standards and technical vision for the frontend, working directly with the founding team.

This is a high-leverage, technical leadership role for a self-starter who thrives in fast-moving startup environments.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and migrate the frontend architecture to support data-heavy, real-time dashboards using TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS

• Build human-in-the-loop AI interfaces that make automated workflows transparent and explainable for operations teams
• Own the full product lifecycle, from technical discovery and scoping to production monitoring, maintaining high ship rate without sacrificing reliability
• Define frontend technical vision, mentor new hires, and foster an elite engineering culture
• Collaborate directly with founders on product direction, technical roadmap, and system design
• Handle edge cases in real-world logistics, ensuring systems remain resilient under unpredictable inputs

Must-Have Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript and React, with experience in architecting complex state management
• Strong Python skills for backend services
• Advanced SQL (PostgreSQL) experience: schema design, indexing, and query optimization
• Proven startup experience (real, early-stage companies, 10+ employees), shipping products in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
