Our team develops and maintains software solutions in collaboration with international service providers to support business operations in the area of individual Life and Health reinsurance risks within the Hannover Re Group worldwide.

- Several years of relevant professional experience in a global IT environment
- Extensive hands-on experience in software development as well as in managing external implementation partners
- Experience in leading agile teams and sound knowledge of common project management methods
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, knowledge of the (re)insurance industry
- Business-fluent English and conversational German for communication with colleagues and service providers worldwide
- Strong intercultural communication skills and enthusiasm for innovation
