Our client is looking for experienced z/OS Systems Programmers to join their dynamic team supporting a large-scale computing environment. As key members, candidates will collaborate on maintaining and enhancing IBM mainframe and enterprise storage systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Interact closely with various aspects of mainframe systems, including CICS and Db2 subsystems.
• Automate processes to improve efficiency and safety in call center and distribution center operations.
• Develop integrations between modern web applications and mainframe systems to deliver value to customers.
• Utilize data to support strategic decisions in product development and marketing.
• Engage in continuous learning through structured programs and collaborative initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with z/OS, CICS, DB2, JCL, SMP/E, and other relevant technologies.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, agile environment.
• Passion for creating outstanding customer experiences through technology.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Interest in mentoring and leading technical projects is a plus.

Technology Stack:

Our client utilizes a diverse technology stack including COBOL, DB2, CICS, JCL, .Net, C#, React, Python, Kotlin, Swift, MongoDB, SQL Server, among others, to address their business needs effectively.

Benefits and Compensation:

• Competitive starting salary range of $125,000 – $170,000, commensurate with experience.
