Job Description:
The Payroll Assistant is responsible for supporting our financial operations by managing and delivering accurate, timely invoices to Certified Professionals (CPs) and internal staff. This role also validates payroll data, tracks extra payments, and ensures payments are processed correctly. Additionally, the Payroll Assistant serves as a backup to the finance team and may be required to process payments during coverage periods.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational trust, ensuring financial accuracy, and supporting the overall satisfaction of our CPs and team members.
Salary: $1,300 - $1,800, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and send accurate invoices via HubSpot and manual systems
- Validate and update payroll data in HubSpot before each cycle
- Collaborate with internal Finance and Accounting teams
- Serve as backup for payment processing when needed
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in payroll or finance
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel.
- Familiarity with payment platforms.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
